A Fresh Start

Prayer & Fasting

10 days of Reset, Refresh, and Flourish

The Christian life is marked by intentional discipline. When Jesus taught his disciples, prayer and fasting were not optional activities; they were vital disciplines for overcoming challenges and maintaining communication with the Father under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

These two powerful traditions, prayer and fasting have anchored the Church since its inception, and they remain the timeless means by which we Reset, Refresh, and Flourish in our personal faith journey.

Our 10-Day Focus

As we begin the New Year, we commit to engaging with God through these powerful tools. This 10-day prayer guide is built around three transformative themes:

  • Reset (4 Days): Laying down old burdens and receiving a clean slate.
  • Refresh (3 Days): Drawing new strength and finding deep rest for the soul.
  • Flourish (3 Days): Building deep roots for lasting fruitfulness and growth.

You Matter to God

Scripture shows us that while God loves the whole world, He always works through individuals. You are the vital component that makes up marriages, families, communities, and nations. What you do in this season will always have a profound impact on the world around you.

I pray that this dedicated time will have a significant, God-ordained impact on your life and on the lives of everyone God has placed in your sphere of influence.

Let’s start running into the New Year, 2026, holding God’s hand!
