Day 1 : LAY YOUR BURDEN DOWN

The start of a new year often brings a flurry of activity, leaving us feeling like Martha, busy and distracted. Yet, Jesus invites us to embrace the Mary choice: to simply sit at His feet. This sacred space is where all the accumulated burdens of the past year – the anxieties, the regrets, the heavy “doing” – can be safely laid down. At Jesus’ feet, we stop performing and start engaging with the One who offers true rest.

10 Days of Prayer and Fasting

As we journey into a New Year we are conscious that all of our hopes and dreams, visions and desires, as wonderful as they might be, will face opposition from our own internal struggles, the world around us and also from forces of darkness that want to oppose anything that promotes God’s will for humanity and anything good.
