But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. John 14:26
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. Romans 8:26
“When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me. John 15:26
- Pray for an infilling and overflow of the Holy Spirit in each of us and in our Church
- Pray for an openness to hear, listen and obey the voice of the Holy Spirit
- To live lives that display the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness & Self Control
- Pray for an overflow of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit in our meeting together:- Word of knowledge, Word of wisdom, Prophecy, Faith, Healing, Miracles, Discerning of Spirits, Tongues & Interpretation of Tongues.
- Pray for the operation of Ministry Gifts for the edification of the Church:-
- Ephesians 4:11-13 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up
