This year our theme is ‘blessed to be a blessing’.  As we explore this theme, I want to help us as a church community to root our teaching throughout the year around that theme as we’ve previously done. So, right at the start we want to explore how wise actions and wise living can contribute and promote and enable a life of blessing.

Using the book of Proverbs we’re diving deep into the timeless wisdom of scripture to unlock the secrets of a life that’s truly blessed. We’ll discover how ancient truths can guide our choices today, leading to a life that not only enriches us but also empowers us to be a blessing to those around us.

We want to highlight how wise choices and actions rooted in God’s Word can lead to a life of blessing and enable us to be a blessing to our family and friends, the body of Christ, the church and the wider community God has called us to reach.

At the end of this teaching series we want to have been inspired to live right and live positively for God’s kingdom and also influence others through our actions to see Jesus, hear Jesus and consider Jesus.

I pray that this series will enhance and build our faith and help us to be blessed to be a blessing as we journey through this season
