7 Foundations for Flourishing
It’s the beginning of our marriage week celebration and our focus for this session is on building flourishing relationships. We want to explore how to have good relationships, flourishing relationships that enriches our lives and the lives of those we encounter. We know marriages, families, communities, churches are all made up of individuals who bring self into all those relational dynamics.
One Step at a time
Theis teaching explore the life of Enoch and the spiritual significance of his individual commitment to walk with God. By contrasting the godless lineage of Cain with the righteous line of Seth, the texts illustrate how personal faith can withstand a corrupt society. The narrative highlights that Enoch’s extraordinary intimacy with the Creator resulted in him being taken to heaven without experiencing death. To follow this example, the texts encourage believers to devote their heart, soul, mind, and strength to a daily relationship with the divine. Ultimately, the materials suggest that living with spiritual intentionality allows individuals to reflect God’s presence and positively influence their wider community.
